What's different with the new Save Mart app and why should I use it?: The app is easier to use and you’ll still keep your big rewards with even bigger savings by having more discounts and exclusive offers.

Do I have to download the new app?: If your phone is set to update apps automatically, you will not need to take-action. If your phone does not auto-update, you will be prompted to update the old app when you open it.

If I don't have the old Save Mart app, how do I get the new one?: Download the new Save Mart app through your Apple or Google Play app store on your phone.

Will my current Save Smart Rewards points roll over with this new update?: Yes, the automatic update will keep your rewards points and account the same as before.

Are there still items excluded from the Save Smart Rewards program?: Yes. A partial list includes alcohol, tobacco, and stamps. The entire list can be viewed on our website at www.savemart.com

What are offers and do they expire?: Offers are special promotions for discounts on products, bonus points and other promotional offerings. Please see each offer in the app for details on expiration dates.

I forgot my password or need to change my password?: From the mobile app, click SIGN IN. Select CHANGE or FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the remaining instructions.
